Liability & Limits
Cargo liability is strictly governed by CMR and local Wisconsin statutes unless otherwise specified in written contracts. Limits apply based on weight and classification.
Payment Terms
Standard invoicing is Net-30. We've seen that timely settlements keep the wheels turning. Late fees apply starting 15 days past due date.
Operational Guidelines
Our forwarding and transit services are subject to capacity availability and route safety assessments. We reserve the right to refuse hazardous materials that haven't been pre-declared 48 hours in advance. Accuracy in documentation isn't just a request; it's a requirement for regulatory compliance.

Warehouse & Storage
Storage in our 204 GREENWOOD DR facility or partner hubs is subject to specific climate-control and handling fees as outlined in the individual service quote. All freight must be properly packaged for automated handling systems.
